Tom served as an Autodesk Fellow, where he guided the company from being a fast-follower to a thought-leader and helped many Fortune corporations design and execute business and technology transformations.

As the founder a boutique consultancy, he works with leadership teams in manufacturing, construction, pharma, private equity, retail, and professional services to foster strategic alignment, create playbooks for technology and business model transformations.

As a speaker, Tom has delivered over 400 keynotes globally and speaks at TED regularly. Tom has designed and written seven books on emerging technologies, design thinking, and creative collaboration.
